The kids loved the pools and the location and price were great.
We really enjoyed the rooms. They did not feel like a hotel, more like home. Everything was provided, plates, pots and pans, washing machine, dish soap, dishwasher etc...
We were in the basement and there were a lot of bugs :(
The rates were great.really spacious villas. The staff was wonderful.close to all the attractions..no reason why I won't not only stay at the palace again but will recommend all my family and friends..definetely 5 star..
I really can't think of anything bad about the palace thanks for having us..
I liked having a kitchen area and a separate room for my young kids to sleep.
It would be nice if the indoor pool was heated and if the resort weekly events were advertised by email before our arrival.
Spacious, affordable, clean, nice, very accommodating for a family with children.
It was wonderful all but the girl that checked me in and the extra blanket in the room smelled like someone went to the bathroom on it and it hadn't been washed. Also the hot water ran out and I had to take a cold shower!!! That was the worst part of it all.
me and my wife and daugther stayed 4 nights and it was great
The rooms were beautiful. The beds were excellent. The grounds were very nice. We didn't really use any of the other facilities.
The only thing I would have to say is that if it is being rented out like a hotel and not as a time-share, I believe maid service would be appropriate and I don't think we should be expected to take our own trash out.
I loved having the kitchen. It was fully stocked with cookware and flatware. They provided more than enough for 5 people to eat. The location is right off of the main strip but far enough out of the way to be easy to get in and out of.
The staff does not reserve cots or pack and plays as it suggests on the website. They have no way of managing how many they have or who has them. It took over 5 hours of waiting for them to tell us they didn't have any available. It happened again the next night even though we requested one in the early morning. There were at least 4 roaches in the bathroom and one in the kitchen while we stayed there.
Great place to stay. Rooms were spacious and clean, kitchen fully equipped. Pools were great too! Plus, awesome location.
The room was way more than what we expected! We loved it and deceided that we will only stay there the next time we go to branson.
I liked the convenience of the hotel to other attractions, and the location of being off the main road and quiet. The hotel had several pools which were great, and I liked the face that two families could travel together easily, where one outside door lead to two condos. We haven't traveled much in the past 10 years, so this was a great experience for my family which will lead to more vacations. Thank you
Hum, the master bed could have been a little softer, it was too hard for myself, however my husband was ok with it. And the sofa bed could have been a little better. Oh and I would have liked a label somewhere as to where the lint filter was for the dryer - I ended up calling the front desk to find it.
It was a little off the beaten path so it was quiet and less hectic yet not far away from things. The kitchen was adequate. Wish I had a deck or patio but I guess that was higher priced so I will remember that next time. Loved the pool and rec area.
To use Internet we had to go to the main building but I understand that is being addressed. Parking is a little hard to find. We ended up parking in another building's lot.
I pulled a boat to what I thought would be somewhat of a lake resort as there are 3 large lakes surrounding this resort only to be told I could not park it on the property so I had to find a place to store the boat and go get it each day which took considerable time and another expense.
I loved how clean it was and loved the great customer services my family got. I will book again when I travel to Branson for weekend get away and I will recommend to my friends.
Beds were terrible. If you stay more than one day they don't clean the rooms or exchange the towels without an additional fee.
